As our client had accumulated a backlog of investigations in its microbiology department, it had a temporary need for manpower to support its quality assurance group in order to regain control over this aspect.

Genipro was mandated to provide an experienced resource with a QA profile and knowledge of microbiology to act as an investigator.

Thanks to an experienced Genipro resource, we were able to quickly handle late investigations and eliminate the backlog. Our client has since requested our services on several occasions for ad hoc interventions when the level of unprocessed investigations exceeds the acceptable level.
