Support as quality assurance for the implementation of a computerized compliance management system

The client, who had to implement a new IT system to manage all controlled documents, needed to free up different experts from the compliance department on a rotating basis. These experts had to be temporarily replaced in their daily functions to ensure business continuity.

Genipro was mandated to support the client with an experienced and versatile resource to replace its various compliance experts.

Thanks to an experienced resource, Genipro was able to quickly take over the various roles and ensure that the various quality systems were kept under control throughout the implementation. We also guided the client in its implementation, as our resource had already participated in several similar implementations in the past.
