Location

Context

As part of the construction of a new plant, our client needed an automation/IT expert on its project team to interface with the automation integrators and ensure the compliance and operability of his new plant.

Mandate

Genipro was mandated to accompany the client over a period of three years, from the conceptual phase to the qualification of the plant, as an automation/IT expert in order to equip his new plant with state-of-the-art automated systems and IT infrastructure, meeting regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Highlights

The main challenge of this project was to provide the client with a modular automation platform capable of gradually integrating various technologies from different OEMs and integrators as the different systems were installed, allowing critical data and process reports to be reconciled in a centralized infrastructure. This platform also had to provide a system for monitoring the environmental conditions of the production rooms, managing the different room use cases (in production, to be cleaned, standby) and producing alarm and trend reports. Thanks to our practical experience in pharmaceutical plants and our in depth knowledge of regulations and bests practices, we helped to reach this objective.
